Situated below Kit Carson and Challenger Peaks on several very private acres. Wake up to views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the East and and overlooking the San Luis Valley and the San Juan mountains to the west. Close to the local spiritual centers. Very quiet. Nestled in a Pinon forest.

Explore nearby Crestone a mere 6 miles away with it's unique shopping, local brewery and small town mountain feel.

If you're here for the scenery and we're sure you are, there are plenty of local trails to check out that lead into the beautiful Sangre de Cristo mountains. Enjoy crystal clear streams and mountain lakes deep in the Wilderness of the Sangres.

Or hop in your car go explore the Great Sand Dunes National Park a little over an hour away to the south.
