The area is fairly quiet without many places to eat but it is close the metro station with access elsewhere. It's very safe outside and not far from World Trade Centre, Burf Khalifa or Deira It's a typical Novotel as we have in Europe, perhaps slightly more luxurious. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

A nice family stay. The hotel room is not very spacious. The breakfast was great. 2 blocks from the metro station and easy access to the city. The pool at the top was nice to relax in the end of the day. Not very far of the airport.

Convenient location. Not far from the airport - downtown - malls - etc... Front desk staff were a bit confused. I made my reservation through expedia. The front desk employee(s) didn't know what to charge me twice: once upon check-in and once upon check-out. This is a good standard Novotel. No fuss rooms, clean and everything works. The bathroom is super clean. Beds are good. The room is not the largest, but the layout is very efficient, so I would not say they are too small. It met my expectation from the Novotel brand.

The location of the property was ideal in relation to distance from the airport and proximity to a medical facility I was visiting. The one area for improvement was the check-in experience. Even though I was checking in at 3:20 a.m. following a delayed flight, the representative who checked me in was not at all welcoming and seemed distracted with other concerns.
