    Super8 NOT worthy of the Hampton Inn name.

    I've stayed at this hotel before and it was very nice and up-kept. The staff was very friendly and I know that Covid has been very rough on hotel industry BUT....This felt like a Super 8 not a Hampton Inn. The carpet is gross in the hall and room. The free breakfast was a few bagels, cold coffee and some other quick grab items. Pool is green still and its August!! Other hotels are fully open or at least have in place distancing and pool rules this place needs serious TLC!!! Very disappointed in the facility

    Still out to lunch on this one!

    Good stay, very comfortable bed. I believe the King room was way over priced after I got in the room and looked around. Television very small compared to other hotels. When you have charged over $400 for two nights you would think the TV would be much bigger. Not sure if it’s worth a second stay.

    Football trip from HELL

    the hotel room had a ver bad smell, the wall in the toilet and shower was dirty.The toilet on my room over flowed. I had no garbage can in my room, the pool was filthy and they said it was ok for the kids to get in. The man at the front desk was very rude and nasty, they gave out bags of food with old fruit in it

    A very run down and not well maintained property. Probably one if the worst Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Cleanliness poor, condition poor. Not worth the price.

    The room upon arrival had no air conditioning- I understand this happens. I asked to be switched to another room and that room was dirty, one of the beds unmade and no towels. The entire hotel seems to be unkept and there were some permanent residents it seemed, that made the hotel just appear trashy.

    Undercover Boss should send HQ to see this hole.

    50 minutes from arrival to getting in my room. Long check in line; long maintenance assistance line. “Normal” for the door handles to not work. 420p TV from 2005 missing many pixels. Closed Pool under indefinite maintenance. Antique elevator with stuck buttons. No managers. Hampton/Hilton brand has become this. Hilton “guarantee “ absolutely a gimmick.

    Terrible. So disappointed and dissatisfied staying in this property. We are post COVID and there amenities are not in place. Why would they keep their photos if they can’t offer nothing. To open The front door was so hard that my husband and I had to push with whole body to get in. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. I was waking up the whole night because every time I turn it would make so much noise. On top of this the sink was clogged and I had to wash my hands and teeth in the bathtub. When I report this they said after you leave we will send someone. every time I use toilet I need to wash my hands. stay away from that hotel if you can.
