Good stay
Overall it was a nice stay. The room wasn’t dark though, the curtains could have covered the ends of the windows more… with three other Hotel parking lots very close it is a very bright area. The bathroom could have been alittle cleaner as well( door and shower in particular). Great breakfast!

Comfort inn always comfortable
It was okay a few peices of ducktape on the furniture. But the room was clean and was fresh smelling. The bad was the outside led light on the building was so bright even with the curtains closed the light came around them.

I am very disappointed I had a double queen room with pull out sofa bed non smoking but the room smelled like pure cigarettes smoke. My son has asthma and it was a nightmare we told the front desk lady and she sprayed lysol but that didnt work . The beds sheets had yellow stains and one of the beds had hairs everywhere.I just had to ask for a refund and the front desk lady said the gm was not in and she didnt know how to do it, horrible customer service. Also apart from being a dirty room we picked a nonsmoking and it smelled like pure cigarettes. The front desk lady was able to move us to a different room but smaller than ours because she didn’t have any vacancy. We didnt get a refund or discount. This is the last time I am ever booking with them very disappointed. terrible service for the amount of money they charge, you would think it would be a clean nice room like the pictures portray but nope and the bathtubs are very dirty didn’t even shower the walls were yellow. Dont book here!

The hotel was fine, just fine. Room was large and just fine. The hotel needs updating, walls are boring tan colored, towels are thin and dingy, clean but everything is just dingy. Looks dated and needs some updating and money put into it. Staff were not friendly, not rude but not friendly either. Everything and everyone were mediocre.

We arrived around11:30 pm to check-in. Upon entering the lobby I was hit with the pungent odor of marijuana. The smell was trying to be masked with a candle (it didn’t work). There were several unsavory people who walked in and out just during the time I was checking in. Frankly, it made me feel very uneasy. Our room was very humid, and there was a musty odor that accompanied it. The air conditioner never seemed to take away the humidity. The pull-out sofa mattress had numerous stains on it, and there were no sheets or blankets present in the room to make the sofa-bed up. I called the front desk several times to have sheets and blankets brought up, but the phone was never answered. My husband ended up going to the lobby to get what we needed. There was also a huge gap in between the door and the wall with lots of scratch marks like people had slid objects in between the door to get inside. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, and the beds were comfortable with clean crisp sheets. Due to the creepy people coming in and out, marijuana smell in the lobby, and the humid musty smell in the room, I would not stay there again or recommend.
