Had a pleasant and comfortable stay in Kanko Hotel
I read some of the review mentioning the hotel is old and that got me a bit worried. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that though the hotel is an old property, it's very well maintained. The room is clean and the toilet is new. I've stayed in a few 5 star hotels and this property can beat a few of them. Well done to the hotel management!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms is clean and high quality. My only complain is that the room is a bit small with the double bed next to the wall making it difficult for 1 of the 2 people to get in and out of the bed

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. It is about 15 min walk to Nagoya station, so if you leave in the morning and want a taxi better to make a reservation as the taxis in Nagoya seems very busy in the morning.

Hotel very well organised and plenty of staff support. Room was on the small size but adequate for the 3 nights that we spent at the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby ranging from cheap to very up market with a good range of local European and American style foods. Close to trains and buses making easy to get around the city.
