Glad i only stayed one night
Our room smelled of smoke and the ionizing unit in the room made it smell worse. If we had been staying more than one night I would have requested a room change. I feel a deep clean of carpets and baseboards is needed. Although we had no need for it, I liked that there was a mini-fridge in the room.

We were in the area to drop our child off to the Naval Academy. The morning staff, Jose and Heather, could not have been more fantastic. They were warm, engaging, and lovely people. They are a great asset for your company to employ.

Not a good stau
I was really upset when we came back to our room and the room was not cleaned after telling the staff we needed our room cleaned. The toilet would not flush and the TV was acting up. I tried calling the front desk two times no answer. I walked down to the front desk to let them know. The girl gave me towels and a new room right next door. It was late at night and the TV in the new room was not working properly. So instead of moving everything we jys slept in there and used the bathroom. Who rents a room where you can't use the bathroom and them send someone in the morning. I think I am more upset that they didn't answer the phone the times that I called and then when I went to check out they told me there was nothing they can do that I have to call Hotels. com

Great hotel! The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. Jose and Shaquan were very accommodating and we had a great stay. We are already planning on coming back soon!

The front desk employees were very kind but the room was in poor condition. The carpeted floors were soaking wet from the bathtub, the fridge was leaking sticky stuff from underneath and the room smelled musty.
