From the beginning of the stay, it was awful. Since there is no "front desk," there was no one there to check me in. I was told to wait at Starbucks with my luggage and they would come and get me when they finished with someone else. What?? 20 minutes later, I followed up to find out what was going on. I was told more or less that I was being impatient and that they were helping someone else.
25 minutes later, someone gets me and tells me that I could have sat in Starbucks and waited so there really shouldn't be a problem. Unbelievably rude and absurd to be sitting in a Starbucks without being a customer because they can't be bothered to let me in the building.
The apartment I chose showed it as having a separate bedroom. Nope. No separate bedroom. In fact, the bed and sofa were DIRECTLY under air vents that blasted freezing air. If you turn the AC off, then the room would get warm and stale air. The window didn't open, so there was no way to fix the problem. I tried to close the vent, but then the air just howled and whistled through the air space.
Also, there is no housekeeping. Nowhere in the ad does it say that there is no housekeeping. Considering the price they charge, I would expect to still have the services of a hotel. Yes, they did have toiletries, but they were incredibly poor quality. The toothbrush disintegrated in my mouth with bristles stuck in my teeth and the towels were lower quality than I think car washes use
