the room was big, that was nice, when I opened door bad smell, the room looks clean, but floor not clean, bathroom floor kind durty, has coffee spell and dry, I cleaned floor, other wise it's ok

The heat in the room was very noisy. No phone in the room. The staff was very accommodating and so nice. Fresh hot coffee all day. It was inexpensive so we knew it wasn't going to be luxurious but we had to have a downstairs unit that was cat friendly.

The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing and super nice. She helped us check in later at night and was very friendly. The room however was really gross. There were cigarette burns in the carpet and we found a stink bug on the floor. If it wasn’t so late I probably would have found a new hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
