Our only complaint was that there was a large group staying there and they took all the slots for the specialty restaurants. We had to eat at the buffet every night, which was only okay. If they can accommodate that big of a group, they should also be able to accommodate the other guests in the specialty restaurants too.

I would just say the swim up pools as I stayed in 20-102 could use a heater as the sun does not heat the pool like the two big main ones.
