Poor
Terrible place to stay
The staff came in my room without permission & left 3 pest contol tablets out in then main walkway of the room trying to poision my Service Animal. I also seen the Housekeeping go into other rooms that were occupied with Do Not Disturb signs on the doors as well. Do not stay here! Find another hotel

Looking for clean and quiet it's not Here.
Scheduled a 3night stay with possible 4th. Night 1 - Check in took forever as Credit Card machine was acting up. Once in room noticed the following.- 1970s chair , bathtub was painted over, shower handle came off in hand. Adjacent Airport had planes landing until 10 pm. Night 2 - after long day at work..arrived to music blasting from adjacent room. Went to call front desk..phone in room had no directory card on it. Used personal phone..music subsided 20minutes later. 3am...awoken to same neighboring room having a loud argument. Called desk..heard manager knock on door and they were quiet for 25 minutes before starting again at 4a.m.. I think walked to front desk ..they said since those guests were "long term guests" I'd have to change rooms ..so I was placed in downgraded room at other end of hotel ..that room had constantly running water from shower and mold in bathroom. Night 3- New loud neighbors, airplanes and bonus Racetrack within a mile having races...did not get to sleep until 1 a.m. Rooms are updated with paint and flooring but not much else. Clientele for hotel seems questionable. If looking for clean and quiet look somewhere else.

Great value and great stay
This Quality Inn checked almost all the boxes. Great value for the price. Room was nice size & the bed was comfortable. A hot breakfast was prepared by a staff member and was usually eggs, sausage and waffles. Not bad considering Covid. Free parking available. Lots of nearby places to eat. We also were given late checkout and they let us hang out by the pool after that until we had to go to the airport which was a big plus. Giving our stay a rating of a 9 out of 10. Only two things keeping this from being a 10; my side of the king bed had less than 2 feet between my bedside and the wall with no table, lamp or electric outlet. Tough to get in and out of bed on that side, also more difficult for me to read in bed and to keep my phone charged. The other thing was that they advertised a sun lounger by the pool (and pictures on the site showed them) but there were none to be found and my wife enjoys laying out by the pool. We were told that they had taken them to storage for the winter but in Florida it seems to me like if the pools is open why not have the loungers there? At the end of the day it was a very nice stay and we would stay here again.

Nasty trashy motel with Nasy staff
The front desk clerks were nasty. I ask why I had to pay an extra $100 something I have never heard before and they very not happy with my question. She told me if I didn't like it I should leave and gave me my card back. The porches were dirty with lots of peeling paint and trash cans everywhere. However, the lady who served breakfast was very nice. The Asian housekeeper was extremely nice. Though not a member I have always stayed in Choice Hotels normally booked under my husband. Christmas weekend I stayed in Comfort Inn in St. Augustine and had a totally different experience with exceptionally decent and nice staff. It is probably time to try other hotels besides Choice.

Quality inn pie
Disappointed that transportation from pie stopped at 1000 pm. Cost us $17 cab fare to go less than a mile
