Checking in took 30 mins although I had reserved and paid through app in advance. Room air conditioner wasn’t working, card keys wouldn’t open door had to request a replacement 3 times, housekeeping wouldn’t go clean unless I called had no towels or toilet paper. When I would call the front desk for help opening my room or request housekeeping they will sound bothered and annoyed. No one helped to guide where my room was or offered to take my luggage when there was a lot of stairs and no elevator. Also hotel offers WiFi but it doesn’t work and phones have no service.

I booked a room online and when I arrived the room I had booked was in the back area so I decided to upgrade ( pay extra ) so I could get a room near the pool towards the front, as I’m walking to my room someone ( who works there) mentions that it was a good thing I changed rooms because the rooms in the back of the property had no AC working, mind you it was like 90 degrees. So I didn’t appreciate the fact that there was no way of knowing that prior to booking. I’ve stayed there MANY of times and I’ve never had any problems or dislikes 👎 till now. The pool was also not very clean this time .
