1st Bad Experience
I have stayed here NUMEROUS of times and never had to wait to check-in. This visit was VERY unusual! The clerk was nowhere to be found upon arrival and 2 people were waiting ahead of me. I had a reservation so I was dumbfounded. Assuming there is new management, if that’s the case it’s unfortunate that it has affected the level of service. I’m not saying this is luxurious but it serves the last minute purpose that I need in the area. Finally checked into my room almost 45mins later and the door to the room was open. Clean room but no towels!!! I didn’t even bother to cause a fuss as I won’t be staying here again. EVER!

The hotel lobby is nice. The toilet was cracked and i killed 2 baby roaches in room 105. The paint job needs to ne finished in the room. The ceiling was cracking. I was very disappointed and couldn't sleep so we left at1am

Ridiculous the the lobby was closed, no coffee, no breakfast, front desk still walled off, all using Covid as the excuse. Rooms were not clean, food left in fridge from previous occupant, bugs squirming around in hot tub bath, could all easily be fixed and make this a nice property.

This is a very basic hotel. Towels were very scratchy. Bedding had stains. Mold on shower fixtures. It was less expensive than other options in the area. Very thin walls and you can hear everything going on in the next room. Bring ear plugs.

The room was not properly cleaned. Dirty hand prints on back side of bathroom door. Heavily stained bathtub. Stains on bedspread. Bathroom sink that doesn't drain. Bathroom counter top sagging from poor installation and maintenance.
