A so-so experience, but location is its strength
Stay was so-so. On the last days of our stay, the cleanliness of our room was inconsistent, as sometimes we find some of our trash not taken, our mugs and drinking glass not replaced or washed. The beds were comfortable, and it's nearby many transport hubs made the hotel very accessible and advantageous to anywhere.

Couples Road Trip NSW
Returning guests and again impressed by the customer care and friendliness throughout our stay. As we were staying for 10 nights we were offered the top floor which had lovely views. Felt looked after but the only thing I would fault is the car parking. As Mecure could not guarantee us a parking spot I booked offsite across town a car space for the 10 days costing us more than we could have paid to Mecure. When we arrived to drop off our luggage in their car park, there were ample car spaces which we could have parked easily for the 10 days and they could have kept money in house. But because of the uncertainly that we could have parked we felt the need to park offsite with a guarantee of a space for our car. Maybe Mecure could look at first booked best dressed? Also in turn taking away the uncertainty for long stayers especially with a lot of luggage as we have been on the road for a month already. It also cost us an extra hour and a half at check in and check out to unpack and drive across town. Otherwise enjoyed our stay!
