When you're paying $1000/night and breakfast is included- you don't expect to be nickeled and dimed for breakfast. Hands down a disappointing breakfast! And they make it so you're covered for only $30/pp and make breakfast $34 and you have to pay for coffee and it works out to another $30+ for breakfast. I call a scam and the waiters are not incentivized to treat you with any type of customer service. They may as well be serving food in a McDonalds given their lack of commitment to customer service. We didn't eat breakfast there after two seriously subpar breakfasts. Also- your beach chairs should be complimentary.
This hotel is not worth more than $500/per night.
