Good location next to the ferry pier which is a plus because the queue to get ferry tickets start at 7:30am. Quiet room provided. Available to store luggage for the day after check out.

Location, location, location!!! This hotel was steps away from restaurants, transportation and shopping. An amazing view from the rooftop deck, many restaurant options just outside the doorway. Conveniently located across the street from Lake Como where you can take the boats from and also just a few minutes from the train station.

Room had a beautiful view of lake como and in a great location. This is really more like an airbnb (an apartment in a residential building with each room rented out.) There was no one working there most of the time but they were really responsive and helpful to messages via expedia or whatsapp. Would definitely stay here again for the location and view.

Really convenient in front of the Ferry station. Nice simple room with decent view of Lake Como from the window. Perfect for our stayover before heading up to Tirano to take Bernina Express. Giuli (Hope name is correct) was very accommodating and helpful. Overall a very good experience.
