    Horrible Conditions

    Do not stay at this Super 8 location. We are not young people and after driving 10 hours we were looking forward to a clean, relaxing nights stay. Unfortunately for us our reservation turned out to be NON REFUNDABLE ($80+) and we were exhausted so we had no choice but to stay in this ONE motel town. This site only allows 8 photos but I have many more including the filthy snagged carpeting, sunken mattress, cobwebs, gobs of dust and dirt on finger etc.. The grounds were unkempt and the main lobby was in disrepair and dirty. The dining area was closed and they offered granola bars for the complimentary breakfast. When we spoke to the desk staff about our issues, one completely ignored us and the other directed us to take it up with the site where we made our reservations. They offered no explanation, apology or information to contact the owner or property manager. Each Super 8 is independently operated, but the Super 8 Corporation should be aware that some of these operators are destroying their brand. We will never book a stay in one again.

    Bed was comfortable. water was hot, room was clean but shabby. Breakfast consisted of coffee, hot water and store bought pastries. Breakfast situation may have been affected by Covid, but advertising was not accurate. Clerk blamed that on Expedia, but there was no notice posted at the desk as to what breakfast would include. This room was not worth $75.

    Property has seen more prosperous days, with COVID opening up there are more customers. Property is being improved now. I liked the room, clean and respectful. Wyndham could assist them in their renovations. This hotel is much needed in this location.

    Hotel was doing so remodeling, so the lobby area and hallways were being worked on, but the rooms were clean and comfy and the staff was friendly. I'd return.
