8/10 Very good

The room was very spacious. The view was amazing! The staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunatly the wifi in my room did not work during my stay and I was forced to go to the lobby to use the internet. Also you can hear the music from the nightclubs downstairs throughout the night an unfortunate side effect of having am amazing location in the heart of the city.

Wouldn’t stay here again.. pluming on the bathroom was bad plus the shower the water pressure will stop and start making weird noise… curtains looks old every time I wanted to move it felt like it was going to fall… pool was ok a lot of cracks in it plus didn’t look clean… Elevator was horrible it will take like 5-10 just up and down and wouldn’t take me the lobby. I asked maintenance about it and he said it was normal… They do have a restaurant I give it 5/10 honestly restaurants around has better food.. some staff was very nice and there was a few that were terrible.Room clears will NOT knock on the door before entering they jst go in …. There’s an issue for check out.. Expedia said 1pm and hotel said 11I was charged $800 pesos for staying until 1 pm after arguing I gave up and handed payment weird thing I couldn’t pay with card nor I was given a receipt for the $800. I contacted Expedia and there was no help what so ever . Honestly I feel scammed . There was a lot of construction so it was very noisy. I would give this 1/10
