    The Hotel was new so, it was clean and well located. The view is nice but you should choose the room. We didn't get any breakfast service as we asked. So, the service is till poor.

    There is very little to dislike about this beautiful hotel. Great staff, beautiful rooms with opening balconies, the best showers, comfortable beds and extremely quiet (we thought we were the only occupants on the floor). An in-house bakery sells delicious French style breads and pastries. Our only disappointment was that the closest restaurants and cafes were no less than a 15 minute walk away. The other difficulty was that instructions for electrical appliances such as the water kettle, iron, TV and laundry equipment are mainly in Japanese and very difficult to decipher and, unlike many international hotels, the power points are only suitable for Japanese appliances. Perhaps, in light of the many overseas visitors expected for the Olympics, multi-lingual instructions can be provided.

    Location is great within walking distance of Shinjuku and Yoyogi (Gyoen garden ten minutes away and within shops of sendagaya and yotsuya for conbini shopping). I really like going back at the end of the evening and sitting on the balcony overlooking Tokyo city in the distance. It’s quiet place. The nearest station is on the Oedo Line and one transfer (Daimon) gives access to Sky Access Line for Narita and the Haneda express lines - absolutely no fuss. Staff were kind and attentive and could not fault the hospitality. My new favourite hotel in Tokyo.

    The staff was very polite and the room was very clean. Close to the JR station so wa sconvenient to get around Tokyo. Even thought the train tracks ran outside our window, we could barely hear it.
