My boyfriend and I went to Memphis for Valentine’s weekend. The hotel is in a perfect location, you can walk to Beale street and other restaurant and shopping near by. It was clean, a little dated in the bathroom for the hotels price but no real complaints. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was having to pay to valet my car, when there was no other option. You have to valet and it is $28 a day, very pricey for something that’s basically mandatory. On Sunday check out I would beat the crowd, we had to wait around 30-45 minutes for our car because there was a long line due to check out.

The only good part of this stay was the staff which are always very pleasant. Second time staying and the room was in poor shape. There were what appeared to be body fluid stains on the bed skirt and the carpet is pretty bad. Another big issue was the elimination of breakfast. If this was part of the booking notification I would not have stayed here. The restaurant was open for lunch / dinner but someone decided to save money and eliminate breakfast. It appears they are in process of renovating some areas so hopefully it will get better.

Great location and price. Rooms need to be renovated/upgraded. Other than that, no complaints.

Check-in was a nightmare. There was NO ONE at the desk for at least 10 minutes, there was a long line of people waiting. Once the desk attendant returned, we were made aware that the servers were down and they didn’t know when they would be back up and there was no way we could check in until it was resolved. We arrived at 5:45 and had dinner reservations at 6:30. We had hoped to check in, change, and head out to dinner, but instead we had to change in the bathrooms and barely made it to dinner on time. The whole experience was just not great, I won’t return.

I paid Hotels.com for breakfast service and the hotel does not offer breakfast M-F so I lost money there. The Hotel tried to make it right and gave me dinner coupons but then didn't serve dinner. Call the hotel you want to book and verify the information before paying.

I just went for one night. Everything was great with one exception. There was a lady at the front desk who had a very bland personality. Ww checked in around 6 or 7pm. She was very stand offish. However the staff in the morning during checkout was awesome!
