WE WERE SCAMMED
DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. The hotel refused to honor our hotels.com reservation upon arrival. We were told there were no rooms for us a result. Eventually we were able to argue enough to get a room for two of the three nights we had originally booked. The original rate was not honored and we were charged 3 times the original rate. We were kicked out on the third day and told they had no other way of helping us.
Not only that, but there were so many issues with the room itself that they did give us. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was filthy dirty. The water stopped working one evening. The hairdryer didn’t work. The wifi didn’t work. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. The bed was hard as a rock. Every single person that worked there was supremely rude and unhelpful.
Someone else we were staying with was given a room. In the middle of the night he was called three times and told to vacate his room and he would be given his money back because they needed the room for someone else. It was the worst experience we have ever had in our entire lives.
