Enjoyed my two week stay. Nice clean place evey comftable with a very nice friendly staff that go out of their way to serve you. Excellent location right on the beach. Convenient location walking distance to restaurants, bars, mini convience stores.

The Mgr Alberto and Angel Bartender are always so kind and gracious to me. I love that they are happy to see me when i arrive that reason i always return it truly feels like home away from home.

One of the Best Little Hotels I have ever stayed at. Excellent staff and cleaning crew. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Manager was Awesome! I will definately be going back! Rooms are Super clean and comfortable! 5 Star rating for sure!

Staff is nice but they need more staff… under staffed and view is beautiful but very unhappy with the room conditions.it wasn’t dirty but bathroom is so tiny and outdated. Just dingy appearance

This hotel wasn’t amazing like a resort but you can’t beat the price for a hotel right on the beach!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that you can walk right on Bávaro Beach, this beach was great! You also get made-to-order breakfast for free and you can eat it overlooking the beach. The beach was overly crowded, clean, soft sand and beautiful water, get a Piña colada from the guy on the cart he makes it delish with lots of rum! The shop next door is the only place I found good souvenirs for cheap. And it was next to Captain Cooks which is absolutely amazing, shared the grilled seafood platter with my friend and it was soooo delish!! But all the food I had in Punta Cana especially the seafood was amazing and fresh!! But Captain Cooks and Jelly Fish were my faves!! The room isn’t good looking but you get not just a room with a bed but also a living area with a couch and desk. Overall I would rate 4⭐️

Not at all what you see on the pics!!! This is a cheap motel advertised as a hotel …. First time it happens to me in expedia!!! I did not like the staff, room, around, no parking spaces, we were lucky to find something available…. I mean for one night if you loose your flight and everything else is taken, well, I guess you’d deal with it, but other than that, wouldn’t recommend. So, please let tourists know the truth about this place… the pics are not at all what you see, this has to be taken care of…

¡Una estancia maravillosa! La ubicación era perfecta y con acceso a la playa, michael nos apoyo en todo momento para resolver un inconveniente que tuvimos en la habitacion y en general todo el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones, limpias y espaciosas, contaban con todas las comodidades necesarias. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

False Advertisement

The pictures paint a picture of a decent stay thats far from the truth. The room was burning up hot with one AC unit that blew low just in the room, we also had a dining and living room. The beds are spring mattresses. The walls have water stains (not that this matters) the pretty frames in the pictures weren’t there. Our welcome water was boiling hot. The guy at the front desk was nice but didn’t give up much info, we had to ask about the WiFi, very slow internet. It was in an unsafe area (we found out from multiple people). We didn’t stay, saw the place and left. Before arriving I called and emailed I had questions but no one ever returned my call nor emailed me back. This place gives false advertisements. .

In foto la struttura sembra molto più carina e la spiaggia migliore. Qualità medio-bassa. dovrebbe costare molto meno. Considerando che nei dintorni il cibo costa molto solo per il nome della zona, per questi soldi tanto vale andare in un resort all inclusive
