2/10 Poor

I've seen better looking and smelling trash cans!
Very disappointed with my stay. I couldn't check in until after 5 PM because they were 'cleaning' my room. When I finally was able to go to my room the stench was so bad it made me gag. The carpet was wet and the room was filthy. Actually the only part of the hotel that was relatively clean was the lobby area. Was suppose to have a continental breakfast, but when I went to the breakfast area at 7:30 there was nothing to eat available! I did not report these problems to the hotel because I knew of several other guests staying at the same place in different areas of the hotel and they had the same problems. They had a sign that said remodeling, but the stench and filth had nothing to do with any work that may have been occurring. Will never stay here again!

Highly disappointed
I arrived after 4:30 pm, my room was not ready, I had to wait 30 minutes, when I finally got my room, didn't realize it was a partially smoking hotel, when I stepped off the elevator, the smoke was so strong, I couldn't breathe, I requested another room, the room I received was filthy, the amenities stated, free breakfast, I was offered anything. I travel alot, this was the worst stay in my entire life

Waited an hour and a half to check in because there was no housekeeping available. When we finally entered the room and inspected, bed were not changed they were made hastily. Sheets had stains and hairs all over them. Room not dusted or vacuumed. Deplorable conditions. House keeper was smoking while re making the bed in a non smoking room.

I understand that during renovations, hotel won’t be totally clean because of dust, debris. But our room wasn’t clean. We opened door, it smelled like smoke. King size bed with three small pillows. Bathroom sink was filthy. Floor was not vacuumed. I went to next door Walmart and bought a candle and disinfectant spray.

If you're never gonna be in the room, it works.
The internet was spotty, there was seemingly no housekeeping staff, the "breakfast" lasted like 1 hour, and the bed was remarkably uncomfortable. This place has really gone downhill over the last 5 years. If you're rarely going to be in the room it's a cheap option but if you care about amenities or will be relaxing in the room, stay somewhere else.

Stay away from Quality
Hallway, lobby and room had very strong smell of Marijuana the entire time. Guest complained that they accidentally entered wrong room and their key opened that wrong door. When we returned in the evening the day we checked in, there was a woman lying on couch in lobby with her shoes off. Food for breakfast was tasteless. Room was dirty and in poor condition, hands prints on head board and bath door. Soap for bathing was worst we've ever used, did not hold lather and didn't clean well. We'll never stay here again.

Terrible stay.
This was by far the worst experience I've had ata hotel. It was me and my two young children staying for the weekend of 4/22-4/24. I paid for a non smoking room because one of my daughters has severe asthma and health issues. They put me in a room with burn holes all in the curtains and bed covers, sheets etc. The entire room reeked of cigarettes. I made a complaint to the front desk about this issues and they said they had an ozone machine to get rid of the smell. They put it in my room and i came back an hour later with it still plugged in, Me and my children were in that room breathing in whatever they put in it and we have been extremly sick since. coughing and having trouble breathing etc since friday evening. They didnt provide trashbags, extra pillows or blankets without burn holes in them. This was over all terrible and I will never book with this hotel again. I truly wish to get a refund due to how unsanitary and terrible this place was.
