Enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Great customer service and good food at restaurant. Great location. Only complaint was some very loud guests walking doen the hall while we tried to sleep.

Needs updating
The biggest problem was having to wait for an hour to get a meal in the lounge cafe. We ate there twice and it took an hour both times. Also the rooms need to be updated as far as having places to plug in electronics. You had to move the bed to reach them. New lamps with them built in would be great! All of this was worth it for the location!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for a cheer comp at the Convention Center, and it was very convenient. The front desk even held our bags for us while we went to the competition. It was great!

Nice Room - but under staffed
The newly renovated room was nice. View of the river was good. Housekeeping in the rooms was by request due to covid, which was fine BUT the waste receptacles in other parts of the hotel were overflowing and not checked. I waited for almost two hours for a bellman at checkout and ended up schlepping mine and my daughters bags (3 pieces of luggage, garment bag, cooler and two back packs) down by myself. The explanation was that they were busy. But it was a convention and the hotel was just not staffed to handle it. The hotel did comp my parking after I complained, and I appreciated the gesture. It could be better staffed and managed.
