Problematical - sleep broken by calls from recepti
Problematical. We checked in at 10pm after a long day and went straight to bed. Having just got to sleep we were woken by a phone call from reception wanting to confirm our name. Then after getting back to sleep we were woken by another call for the same reason (this was about 11.45pm). A good hotel but getting a decent night's sleep is fundamental - not up to Holiday Inn standards.
