The room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty and hair was on the walls of the shower.! The heating system was old and loud and dirty ducts.

Loved that I was asked if I’d like both rooms next to one another and even better when we realized the rooms were adjoining.

    Parking
No one knew that there was parking on the lower level of the hotel.

    Horrible experience
There's no sitting lounge in the lobby, restaurant food is expensive, limited and very depressing. Maid service is horrible, heater makes so much noise we didn't get not one night proper sleep.

Not as good as I remembered!
Stayed there years ago and hotel was in much better condition! Common areas now appear run-down, heating units were noisy & cold and Staff at front desk seemed annoyed to help! Parking is also over-priced for amount of time car is there. (Overnight $29 vs $22 for 24hrs at prior hotel in area) As remembered though, complimentary coffee & espresso were great before heading out to explore area.

    Good location...but needs upgrades!!
Went there for a quick business trip and wanted to be central to amenities- and the location. The staff were cheery and friendly! BUT...the Hotel does not look like the picture! The hotel needs a complete update, the sign outside, to the carpets to the shower with the cigarette burns on the side. The water temperature was constantly changing, the faucet had no hot water. The room was pretty big, heating was maxed at 23... good luck if you like it warmer. The people that hung around the hotel were more than questionable. Avoid the "buffet" /restaurant i made the mistake, because I got in a bit later to grab something there, an absolute waste of $, food was cold, had a weird taste to it, and even more interesting people to watch while sitting there. Just avoid, avoid avoid if you can.

    Good location
Great location, spacious, clean and comfortable room. Comfy beds with lots of pillows. Construction ongoing on Guy street made it difficult to get to the hotel and housekkeping knocking on our door at 8:20 am was not impressive. Parking is a little pricey too but it's hard to find a hotel with free parking in most major cities now days. Not our first time and won't be the last.
