The picture you put on your website did not reflect what the Hotel offered, the room was awful, there were cracks on the floor, the bed was not comfortable at all, it was bending toward the middle of the bed. At the first occasion we used the toilet, we had an overflow. We stayed in the room for 45 minutes, we then checked out. The front desk did not even offer to not charge for the parking, which by the way was not indicated we had to pay for it. In regard of getting reimburse, we know it is of useless to even ask as you don't have the reputation to provide this kind good customer service. I am writting ti review basically for nothing as I am pretty sure nothing will come out of it.

Been there 4 times, always nice rooms and comfortable bed. But no microwave which is standard in many hotels of similar quality, so got to eat in restaurants. Sadly the dinning room, not hotel owned, is awful. Buffet style breakfast/lunch/dinner. Poor quality food, not appetizing at all. Left to go out for meals instead. Parking available at $25/day. Find this over the top , should offer special price for clients; $15 would be better to swallow. I understand that every hotel is same and clients will pay because of no better deal (hostage). Large group of First Nation folks staying there all the time, no problem if you can cope with ppl wondering around at all time; smoking groups standing by main door and constant travel up & down the 2 elevators for 1 floor; we gave up and just used the stairs....

First visit to Montreal for a hockey game

First time traveling to Montreal to see a hockey game so we searched for a hotel close to the Bell Centre. First of all, the amount of construction downtown is horrendous. Trying to get to the hotel was a challenge. The detour signs were few and hard to find. Had to ask a police officer gor directions. Even he didn't know. Finally after an hour, we found the route which was literally steps away. Checked in, got to our room. Overall first sight was very nice. Then we noticed the floor was not clean. There was a dried puddle of something that was crusty. And in front of the fridge was spilled liquids and dried up food. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The nicest part was the bathroom. I'm glad it was just for 1 night as we would not stay longer. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Wish our stay was more positive but ill give it more of a neutral rating.
