This is a very nice place to stay when visiting Puerto Princesa. It is very clean and well kept, the staff were exceptional, very pleasant and extremely helpful. They coordinated our travel PCR tests, underground river tour, and airport transfer. The restaurant had a great relaxing atmosphere with nice music and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, the coffee was excellent. The rooms were up to date and very clean. The bathroom was very big and modern. We didnt have hot water in the shower while there but they said there was an issue with the hot water boiler and it was being fixed. It wasn't a huge deal. The AC worked well but there was only one setting and we would usually have to shut it off after a short while because it got too cold. There wasnt really anywhere to sit outside but I think they were working on improvements to the outdoor area. It didnt matter because there were many places to sit and relax in the hotel and it wss too hot to sit outsite anyways. Overall we had an excellent stay and I would stay here again.

Nice quiet stay. Very cute, clean bed and breakfast. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed to relax. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. The cafe connected had a wide variety of options. It’s located 10 min from the airport, they offer free pick up and drop off. Overall wonderful stay.

The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed covid tests for return and they arranged along with all our excursions and transportation. The Balai Princesa Massage was excellent. The kitchen staff was very attentive. Quaint and attractive.

Great place, amazing staff
Amazing place, we stayed there as a couple and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were well taken care of. The Jacuzzi was great relaxation after a long day. They had a free foot massage upon arrival which was also a nice treat. They graciously provided a free van to our next location as well, which was a nice surprise. We will definitely be returning before we leave the Phillipines. They met and exceeded all our expectations.

Wow! Beautiful boutique hotel in a quite part of Puerta Princessa. Only a 3-5 min tuk tuk ride to the heart of town. The staff is amazing. I mean amazing. You must get a Balai Massage. Wow!!!! Rooms and bed are very nice and newly furnished. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone. You surely will not be disappointed. Thanks staff! You made our stay in PP truly unforgettable! Cheers
