Exceptional
Got a room with a view looking at a wall of the building next to the hotel at first, but the staff quickly changed another room for me after raising the concern. Excellent and convenient location, walking distance to subway station, as well as express bus shuttle to both haneda and narita airport which is located at Courtyard Marriott just across from the street. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Good rooms, excellent location. The service is OK, but not excellent. On one day the room was not cleaned (apparently had to ask for it specifically, as left the room after 11). If you want to order a taxi at the reception, you’ll have to pay an extra fee of 430 yen.

The breakfast is very delicious. Due to coronavirus precautions, they have to suspend the buffet option, but the breakfast set they offer is very well executed and delicious, with a choice of western or Japanese style. The first room I got had no view at all, facing the wall of the next door building. But the staff were willing to change a room for me so that I could have a city view. Room is also spacious, comfy and nicely designed compared to other hotels in Japan. Prime and convenient location, with subway stations nearby. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Tokyo. And airport shuttle bus stop is just across the street too.

The hotel staffs are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel location is very close to public transport and shopping area in Ginza. The hotel they also have public bath to use.

Discovered blood stain on mattress cover. Disappointed with the cleanliness especially when I am a Japan frequent traveler. I should say this is my first time experience to see blood stain on bedsheet in my Japan trips. This is not a good time to see such uncleanliness during this virus outbreak period. Scary.
