    Bed bugs and terrible place.
    I gave Harrah's a second chance but I sure did made a big mistake. Check in staff not that friendly, rooms (i booked 3 rooms) just remodeled but horrible and PETS friendly, yuck! Last time I stayed there I got itchy all over due to bed bugs, and I wonder if they clean the bed?? This time the same. NO MORE Harrah's.

    Customer service was super attentive! The only issue was the shower. There is no shower door so our entire bathroom floor was soaking wet the entire time.

    Holiday Getaway
    Went for a short holiday getaway. The staff was very friendly. We had a room on the top floor. I think it was a handicap room so there were some things to get used to. Bed was comfy, but wife had a small alergic reaction to the pillows. The staff changed the pillows out, but we didn't use them again for the stay just to be safe. Overall it was a good stay, even with the construction on the bottom floor.
