Worst staff in Brussels at the hotel!!
The hotel was in a good location and our rooms were clean but the service was beyond terrible! The Staff was very rude. When we try to get the train tickets printed they said their printer wasn’t working and too bad. They were busy helping other people and basically we had to force the issue to get them to print our tickets. We are not rude travelers and we try to be kind to the people Who are helping us. We had previously stayed at the Waldorf Astoria and the people at the hotel should take some major lessons from them of how to make their guest happy and feel welcome! We suggest anyone planning on staying there find another hotel.
