Great hotel with beautiful views and great service. Only problem is the air conditioning is not powerful enough which meant we had a bad night’s sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

The good and the less than satisfactory points
On checkin , the woman helping me seemed to ask her supervisor about offering a room upgrade since I currently have a gold member status , but it was declined. Not a big issue as I know it is not guaranteed, I know she tried to do it discreetly but I happened to observe it, which sort of sid not leave a very good first impression. A few more small things that added to the disappointment: -The wifi instructions I received didn't work so had to go back down to the lobby to get connected. -One of the coffee creams in our room was not fresh. -There was only one washcloth the first day. -The one door system for both the shower and toilet and open shower window offer no privacy if you are staying eith someone. -The table was too high to work on my laptop so had to prop it up on a pillow instead, but not convenient for working. All rather small details that did not ruin our stay but did make it less than perfect. On the positive side: -Great complinentary beverages provided in the refrigerator. -Spaccious bright room -Great view and location We got a relatively good rate and I would possibly stay again.. Still, seemingly small details do matter and need attention accordingly.

Design hotel with limited customer service
Customer service extremely basic overall, especially at checkin (no specific greetings or warm welcome for returning customer) Hard to reach the room service for in room dining (tried 3 times). Though nice room, comfy. +design +comfy room - customer service - staff

The Hotel Brussels
We stayed at The Hotel for 3 nights, it is a beautiful hotel, rooms are modern and clean and the view is amazing. The blinds are controlled by a button and we slept so well as it’s black out, the tv is interactive for room service/bill etc.In deluxe rooms we made use of the free mini bar with soft drinks and alcohol in as well as the lounge for additional drinks and snacks. The breakfast was great, a lot of options and all fresh.

Worst staff in Brussels at the hotel!!
The hotel was in a good location and our rooms were clean but the service was beyond terrible! The Staff was very rude. When we try to get the train tickets printed they said their printer wasn’t working and too bad. They were busy helping other people and basically we had to force the issue to get them to print our tickets. We are not rude travelers and we try to be kind to the people Who are helping us. We had previously stayed at the Waldorf Astoria and the people at the hotel should take some major lessons from them of how to make their guest happy and feel welcome! We suggest anyone planning on staying there find another hotel.
