Could improve in some areas
The only downside was that the airport shuttle does not run for a significant period in the middle of the day, when our flight arrived. We were forced to make alternative arrangements. This should be made clear. Nicola on reception was sympathetic and understanding and found a remedy to our predicament. Room was very clean, tidy and welcoming. Breakfast was of vey high standard. Check out was slow until Nicola arrived at desk, providing some impetus.
