Hotel closed down when arrived
This hotel was closed down when we showed up to check in. The crazy part is hotels.com is still booking rooms for this hotel and will not refund my money.

Very bad place , so dirty , workers so rude
It was so dirty, workers so rude, not professional, because it was reward night, she didn’t accept to check in, I drive there 2 hours with my kids, she didn’t take us because of reward night, she was so rude, place was very dirty, I will never go there, even if they give it for free

Smell the lobby-never eat Chinese food again
I don't know what the rooms look like. Despite having a reservation, there was no room available. The lobby smelled like old Chinese food, so I guess I wasn't too disappointed about the room situation, but the manager just kept cursing Hotels.com for allowing us to make a reservation. THEN, Hotels.com never returned my money for a reservation made on their site. We literally got thrown out by the management and Hotels.com told me to suck it...NICE all around.
