The stay was good, but I had to check out early and I lost money as the hotel did not give me credit. That was disappointing really would have like to talked to some type of solution.

Overall, a very pleasant, clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff went very far out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. A special thanks to the front desk staff Stacey, Brandy and Brianna for all of their help. This hotel was nice and quiet for getting rest and they have the best and hottest shower in town!

Unfortunately, when we check-in our sheets was dirty with hair & fried rice in the bed and the floor had not been vacuum We contacted to the front desk & was informed housekeeping would be up, after waiting for about 30 minutes we knew a nap was not an option so we left and informed Ms. Tracy that housekeeping still had not came. She informed us she will contact them again, several hours later we return to the hotel and the sheets still had not been changed at that point I was very upset & frustrated. Ms.Tracy tried moving us to a different however none was a available, she found some sheets & pillowcases and we changed them ourselves and was inform to contact the manager about this in the morning. When we check-out the front desk said management will not been in until the following morning, I explain to the front desk clerk what happen & he stated he no authorization to discount our room for the inconvenience and contact the manager in the morning to once again be inconvenient. Although Tracy was very pleasant in handling the situation, it was no excuse to check into a room like that & housekeeping refusing to fix the problem that never should have happen in the first place. I worked in hotel management many years ago and this is very disappointing from the housekeeping to the front desk staff not equipped to handle guest situations when management is not available.Especially by this being a limited service hotel, there should be not question in this manner.
