6/10 Good

Didn't like the fact you couldn't pay cash and didn't say when I booked it

6/10 Good

We never looked round the room when we got in because of the rush we were in to get ready. It seemed okay and well put together. After coming back that night to get into bed we had noticed stains on the inside of the bedsheets. Was the first time even sitting on the bed so knew it couldn’t have been us. Was quite let down by the uncomfortableness or the pillows and mattress.

Stay was just ok
The hotel was fine and fairly comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, however one gentleman I spoke to at reception was quite rude. There was also no hot water in the morning which made me late to my work meeting. The phone in the room didn’t work so I had to go down to reception to find out what was happening. Personally I wouldn’t stay again, there are many other hotels available at the same price.

good value
east to find and very accessible. room has no a/c but it was not an issue for us. just opened window as weather was nice and cool. not sure what it would be like during peak of summer or on really hot days. pretty close to transit and places to eat and bus tour pickup locations.

2/10 Poor

Stayed here a few weeks previous and had a good experience. Friendly staff and clean rooms so when returning 2 weeks later I opted to stay again. The house keeping were unbelievably rude and front desk very dismissive of my complaint regarding the way I was spoken too. I was told I would be emailed with regards to this matter and I’ve heard nothing. I won’t be returning.

Night away
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great however we were told it was between 7am-11am so the second morning we went down just after 10am and the staff said it finishes at 10am during the weekdays which we were not told about
