    Okay for one night stay
There was a used towel on the back of the door. Besides that, it was okay.

    Dani's Review
I booked a room that had two double beds in it. An iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer were in the room, but it did not have a microwave or a small refrigerator. I was on the fourth floor and it was the fourth of July, so I got to see the fireworks from my room and that was awesome.

    Not as advertised
Pictures definitely look nicer than what the actual hotel is. Decent location with great views.

It needs to be cleaned and updated a lot of stains in all the carpet, only 1 elevator working and with it being Covid-19 that’s not good.

    Wont stay here again
I will not be staying at this hotel again. It was clean but that is about the only good thing I have to say. Daily my key cards didnt work, my tv and remote didnt work and my 9 am they ran out of coffee and said maybe they would get some later. There are to many other hotels available to be bothered to return here.

Rarely do they have enough staff available at check-in, other than that it’s a good value.

    Nasty place
To be nice, it's an old run down Holiday Inn from the 80s. I'd never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

    Weekend adventure.
Service team was excellent. One accessible elevator that was occupied during evening, used the stairs. Blackout curtains would not fully close, worn in areas that allowed light to pass through. Shower curtain rod leaned downward so the curtain would fall to middle. Location is good, safe area/convenient to interstate/$9 Uber to Broadway.

You get what you pay for. Light did not work in the room but they fixed it right away. Bathroom was not good whenever you would take a shower it would flood the bathroom and whenever you would use the sink it would leak. Front desk was very nice.

    OK stay near Downtown Nashville
I definitely expected a little bit of a nicer hotel based on the reviews and it being a Millennium Hotel but overall, our stay there was just OK. We visited towards the beginning of the reopening because of COVID and they were not running the shuttle service (one of the main reasons why we booked staying here). It's understandable, but we wish it was advertised. For the amount we spent on Ubers/Lyfts we could have put that towards a hotel right in Downtown. We had an issue with the first room they put us in - but switched us without any problems. The workers at the front desk were EXCELLENT! Quality of the room could be a bit improved. I would consider giving this hotel a second chance if the price was right - otherwise, we wouldn't be back.
