Extraordinary and made me feel welcome
It was an amazing stay. The staff at the reception was extraordinary. Especially Helena and the manager (I forgot the name, he looks as an Asian). Both were very helpful in regard to some problems in regard to a very early room access and a cancellation for one night. I stayed for 3 nights and the big suite was perfect with a terrace. Only the woman at the breakfast-counter seems a bit like not loving her job. I never saw a smile and she had me not on the list for 3 days and every morning I had the same discussion with her. However, I will come back for sure, because this hotel made me feel welcome.

Fantastic Trip
This was one of our favorite trips ever! There is so much to see in this city. The doorman at the hotel was SO HELPFUL in showing us how to get around town. The room was very comfortable and so clean and quiet.

Terrible Service Unlike Most Hilton Hotels
Beautiful hotel with great breakfast but will never return due to the poor service. Almost every employee we encountered besides cleaning personnel and the man assisting with breakfast made us feel unwelcome even though we are Diamond members and spend 60+ nights per year in Hilton hotels. I couldn't even call the front desk to ask what time breakfast ended without being met with an unwarranted and unnecessary attitude. For a larger issue upon arrival, we asked to speak to a manager and the employee responded, "Sure, she'll tell you the same thing" as she walked off (unnecessary), then returned with no manager. I try to have patience with people working in any kind of customer service but multiple people at this hotel made us feel disrespected and unwelcome, which is disappointing and reflects poorly on Hilton since we usually have great experiences.

It was a good time!
We paid to upgrade our room, to a larger room that included breakfast - it was nice. The breakfast arrangements were confusing though and the staff did not seem to have accurate information. We were given some inaccurate information about happy hour in the evenings also. I wish the hotel was more historic, in keeping with the theme of this historic American city.

Nice hotel - AC needs work
Air conditioning doesn’t get cold enough. We’ve had it set to 62 degrees all night and it’s probably still in the 70s in the room. We checked in very late and immediately went out so it was too late to contact maintenance By the time we came back to the room..since we were just trying to go to sleep ASAP.

Noise from Air conditioner.
Central Location, Reasonably priced Everything was Great, expect noise from air conditioning. Air condtioner was set up one side of the room, it was makeing noises all night long. I could not sleep well. We booked 4 other rooms for my team, everybody had same air condioning noise problem.

Not Worth it.
We got to the hotel and tried to park the car at the parking... It's $55 a day ! We asked about it at the front desk and they said it's valet only and we can use a different parking if we are not happy with the price "at our own risks". The lady at the desk ,said "by the way, you didn't book it directly through our site, so even if you are a Hilton Member, you don't get any perks, just free Wifi". It's nice to see that we are valued like that ! I felt like she was a robot and I was her 1000th customer of the day and that I was just a number, not a valued member. And they take on your credit card $100 a day for incidentals. If you stay a week, they will take $700 ! I am not sure when my credit card will be recredited. The room was ok, Nothing fancy. The size of the TV is nice. The bed was somewhat comfortable. They have a convenient mirror on the bathroom door, but no light above, so it's useless. The shower was dripping day and night and the glass door of the shower didn't close, splashing water on the bathroom floor. There is a fridge full of soda and no room for you to store your leftovers or your own drinks. Not practical. I was afraid of taking some out to store my stuff and get charged because they were no longer in the fridge. The Ice machine was on a different floor and empty. That was my only option to keep cold my stuff. I got a text from management asking about my stay. I told them my issues and... NOTHING. Not even a text to apologize. I will not go back.

Quick weekend getaway
Overall the hotel is beautiful. Noticed some trim in the elevator was coming apart. The bathroom had some mold in the shower and tge shower knob was hard to turn.
