4 Seniors (Ages 65-85 including 1veteren) had driven approximately 190 miles,was told could NOT check in 1 hr early??? With no apology or “let me check) just quoted me the policy like there’s no exception for any reason, even after I explained our circumstances DISAPPOINTED ☹️

Worst stay ever in Branson!
We are very disappointed with this hotel. We travel to Branson every year for the past 10 years and stay someplace different each year and this hotel is by far the worst we have experienced. It began with them not giving us the rooms we wanted then on to an very unfriendly staff to poor lighting in the rooms, bathrooms are terribly small and the beds are the most rock hard, uncomfortable we have ever had. The ground would be better. We will never recommend this to anyone and we will sure never stay here again. Even with the savings hotels.com gave us this place is not worth spending money on. The rooms were not cleaned good also. There was a piece of candy or cough drop in the corner, there when we got there and there when we left.

Overall a nice stay. Room was clean. Beds were kinda hard. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty much same thing the 3 mornings we were there. They ran out of food one morning.
