    Good

Good stay. Small room as expected of Japan but good location to walk to Dotonbori. Breakfast was simple, but it’s good for the price we paid for the room.

    One night in Osaka

I was staying in Osaka with 2 friends for one night. I booked this hotel because it looked very modern and clean. I booked a 3 twin bed room. I knew the space would be tight since there was 3 of us but overall it was enough to sleep comfortably. The only inconvenience was that we had little room for our 3 carryon luggages. These had to stay standing against the wall for us to walk through each other and not have to move out of the way. The bathroom was a generous size considering the small space. The water pressure was just right and the toiletries were lightly scented. I’ve stayed at other hotels where their soap and shampoo are too scented; I don’t want to smell like hotel soap all day. When i checked in, the staff informed us that breakfast was included but note that their breakfast provided is only small baked goods, coffee and juices. Still a good treat. Overall, I would definitely stay in the property again.

Average only, maybe no next time

The check-in counter was smooth and staff can speak well in English. The location is great, it is just about 5 mins walk from Shinsaibashi. There are many great restaurants nearby and there is a Familymart right opposite the hotel. However, the room is super small, it was difficult to open 2 luggages in the room. I would say the room service was just so-so, other hotels would tidy up the hair dryer each time we used but they did not tidy up the hair dry and just let it where we placed. It was minor but everything counts. The bed is not comfortable but cannot complaint with the price we paid.

It's near the shopping district of Shinsaibashi and is between two metro stations. Since the hotel is new, the facilities are clean and in good condition. Breakfast is rather disappointing though - they only offer coffee, juice and some bread, but it's a small hotel, so that's more or less expected. The counter staff speak some English, so that's helpful.

Location ok, we could walk to shopping area that not too far and a bit walk to railway/subway station. New hotel, size of the room quite small but it was normal in Japan, the room was nice with amenities but the housekeeping should beware a lof of dust on the wall (at the bedhead) as the space on this spot was not too big, they could do better..... I booked the room with breakfast but the hotel have just only bread, bread and bread (bakery). Milk, coffee, water, orange juice. So I ate just only on the first day and went to Family Mart opposit site every morning. Overall is OK.

This was advertised as including breakfast, 4 types of bread buns does not constitute a breakfast. Perhaps breakfast should be removed from the listing. Aside from this, it is a very tidy, new, comfortable hotel

Friendly English speaking staff, clean facilities, nice breakfast, and neat rooms. I had no issues. It's a great deal for it's price. Not far from the downtown with convenience store right across the street and many great restaurants in the area.
