Disappointing. Not up to Hilton standards
Housekeeping did not come one day even though scheduled with manager 48 hours in advance, and we were out of the room all day. Phone was broken. Shower pressure very low. Manager could not give us a 1pm checkout. Breakfast buffet good and restaurant staff very nice.

We loved everything about our one night stay with two toddlers, our only complaint was the pool - the water was completely clouded and it was freezing! also the pool deck seemed flooded in some places I was standing in puddles of cold water.

Comfortable beds. But heater / AC unit was noisy, turning off and on all night and keeping me up. Walls are also thin, unfortunately, and we could hear our neighbors. We booked this hotel mainly because of the appealing pool pictures, but the cold pool water was murky, the towels were scattered around, and the deck was generally dirty. We're fine with all the screaming kids, but not with the filth. We would highly recommend a full-time Hilton attendant stay in the pool area, cleaning up. Sadly, we walked out. Also, b'fast buffet area is understaffed and dirty - sorry, but tables should not be left in that condition. Staff in general were kind and tried to be helpful, so kudos.
