Sleeping is fine, anything else is a trial.
There's nothing notably wrong with the hotel, it is what it is. A small off city centre hotel, packing as much in as it can. But the rooms are tiny, don't think about swinging any cats. This does create a slight discomfort if you are doing anything other than sleeping. (no chairs to relax or a proper desk. On the upside it is close to the tube and easy access to tourist spots, also its affordable. Walls are also quite thin, and the doors don't stop light intrusion from the corridors. Staff seem a bit disinterested, and often could be heard chatting in the corridors while guests are (trying) sleeping. I was woken at 7am by painters masking off the walls, for some repair that could have been done later. The facilities are minimal. Not sure that I class this as 3 stars.

Terrible hotel. Do not stay here!
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my life! Everything was a disaster right away, starting with a rude and unfriendly front-desk person checking me in. I got a “I do not care” attitude from every single worker. I got a room on the first floor right next to a stairway and I could hear noise all the time from inside the hall and from the street outside.The room was not soundproof at all! Every single morning I woke up around 9 a.m. from “Boom! Boom! Boom!" noises because houskeepers were hitting the walls and the doors with the vacuum machine. DISASTER! Another negative experience I had with housekeeping was on a day of my check-out. I paid for extra check-out time to be able to stay in my room until 2 p.m. But around 1:20 p.m. I heard a little knock on my door, followed by a quick “Helloooo” and then the door opened right away. The cleaning lady came into my room and she did not care about the “Do not disturb” sign on the door at all. I got a room (#101) on the first floor.The room was catastrophically tiny!The room’s design was tasteless. All the furniture was old and full of scratches. Also, there were some brown marks all over the grey carpet. There were no closets in the room, just a few hangers connected to a wall to hang a few pieces of clothes. Also, there was no refrigerator. Also, I found an old sock full of dust under my bed. Obviously, housekeepers do not clean under the bed. The bathroom was catastrophically tiny! The shower stall was also super small

Great location and very close to Earl’s Court station. Rooms were a little tight but this is to be expected in London. We were moved rooms due to a maintenance issue but staff were so lovely and helpful. Would be nice if the rooms had a small bar fridge or extra space for luggage.

Suitable for single guest with overnight bag only.
Ridiculously small room, taken up almost entirely by the bed. No space for laying out luggage, even on the floor. No table or chair. Hotel’s sole objective seems to cram as many guests as possible. Even the corridors are uncomfortably narrow.
