When I checked in she said that I should not have been able to book online. I understood why when I entered the room. It was obvious by the odor they had a sewage back up. When she went to check she said the room was fine but she was so wrong. As you can see in the pictures the bathtub was full of dirt and what looked like chunks of fecal matter. While there i killed 6 cockroaches, double checked all my bags to make sure none got into my stuff and i left. I wish hotels.ca still had a number to call to request a refund and tell them this place should not be listed.

I was extremely unsatisfied with this hotel and location. There is no way it should have the rating it does. The security door from the parking lot was broken and didn’t lock. The first room they offered was dirty. I went to the desk, she offered another room. It was better, but not great. I chose not to stay because there was no way I would feel safe and comfortable there. The woman at the desk said she understood but there were no refunds. I chose to leave. I couldn’t stay there. I ended up staying a couple miles away in a bright, clean, safe hotel and was much happier for almost the same price. I hated spending the extra money, but for my peace of mind it was worth it!! If you choose to stay here, lower your expectations.

We have stayed at the 7 Boutique several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We travel with our dog and there is plenty of area to walk safely. When we travel we look for convenient and comfortable. This is a great fit.

The staff was very helpful and she made sure we had a comfortable stay. It was my daughter, myself, and 6 and 8-year-old grandkids. The hotel is very cute on the inside!

BEWARE! Roaches, body hair, rags, mold?
Lessons learned if a hotel posts a sign saying "all payments final" turnaround and leave; good reviews can be bought. First floor room we were given smelled of mold, investigating found a ceiling panel completely bulging and saturated with water. You could see evidence of this in common areas of the hotel where ceiling panels obviously got wet and broke exposing fiberglass insulation. Front desk person, unapologetic and unsurprised by the situation, gave us a new room on the second floor. Better in that it did not smell as bad as the first room and rest of the hotel (which is a mix of strong bad cleaning product, cigarette smoke and I suspect mold). As I sat in the room I became more and more disgusted realizing that there was black body hair all over the bedspreads, bath mat and shower. Didn't feel like bathroom had been cleaned, (ther than toilet) sink and vanity still dirty. Bathroom door has someone's toothpaste spit on it. Towels and sheets literally rag status. And then the Roaches - on the dresser, wall, bathroom, floor. Couldn't get out of this place fast enough. Not sure how this place is not shut down by some sort of inspection, definitely don't understand how people are rating it "exceptional".

7 roaches hotel
More like 7 roaches! Because you’re gonna battle at least 7 at a time. My dog and I were battling roaches! I booked 8 nights for work and I couldn’t even last more than two nights. Even had dead bugs and trash behind the bed! Not to mention the bathroom. The tub had a yellow film on it and they gave you a fancy looking floor towel that probably was once a nice towel. That thing looked like it was picked up from outside and shaken off to put in the bathroom. To solidify everything, the floors were sticky and sheets smelled. Luckily I always travel with my own blanket. After I left… I found a roach in my bag. I will never stay there again. 8 to 10 dollars more and you can go to the Super 8 or Days Inn. Save yourself a heart attack.
