Best hotel in Miami.
Great experience! Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in. Great hotel staff very accommodating and friendly. Definitely exceeded our expectations. The food at the hotel was amazing. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Best chef in Miami!! The hotel room was spotless. Hats off to the hard workers in house keeping making sure it stays that way. Beautiful views of the ocean. Thank you for making our anniversary a great one. We really appreciate it.

Super service!
We were greeted upon arrival by the general manager, given a generous room upgrade (love visiting in the slower summer months!), and received excellent service throughout our stay. The room was super clean and the food served poolside was delicious. Jeremy at the front desk remembered and used my name each time I saw him. Overall, it was a terrific stay. We’ll definitely return if we make it back to Miami Beach.

Amazing experience
All of the staff was excellent and made you feel extremely welcomed. All questions were answered promptly. Loved the bike rentals. Patricia and Marco at the pool were amazing!! They gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area, etc...all of which enhanced our stay.

Amazing staff
If you are looking for a boutique hotel with amazing staff, this is the place. It is close to everything but the pool is private and everyone treats you like family. The front staff Jeremy and Allstair were great. Patricia and Marco who get you great drinks and food are so nice and great at their jobs. This is our second time and we come just because the staff is amazing.

The staff was amazing! the front desk manager Manny was fantastic and offered his help in every way possible. The Hotel itself is very nice, clean and located in more quite area which is perfect. the only knock is the the constructions in the building next door (the noise during the day is not fun but its over by 4:30p)
