Great hotel, bad parking
The hotel is great, and the location is perfect, but the parking situation is ridiculous. They charge 45$ a night to park in their garage. We were there 5 nights, so this would have been an extra 225$ just to park. We found a garage 1 block away and only paid 60$ for the whole time.

Nice hotel
Check in a little confusing. Traveled with sister and brother-in-law. Their room was not made up after first night. They were told that a request had to be made in advance. I thought that was ridiculous. My room was done. Dont think desk clerk was knowledgable. Unfortunately did not get her name. Other than that stay was comfortable. BTW: had dealings with Tisha for another reason and she was great.

The valet drivers and bartender were friendly and service oriented. The two interactions I had at check in and check out were less than service oriented or friendly. Going through the motions and/or grumpy. The radiator in our room was crazy noisy. Overall an ok experience.

If you call this hotel the recording says “welcome to the BRAND NEW Indigo Hotel in Savannah—this hotel is anything but new. It appeared to be built in maybe 90’s and never renovated. The carpet is dirty. The whole place feels old and outdated. There is not a safe in the room. For the amount of money we paid for this hotel, I would never stay here again.

Lousy hotel
The room was dirty, the staff was rude and indifferent and there was a lot of noise from traffic. The worst part was that rooms are only cleaned on request, which of course were weren’t told about upon checking in. We found out on the afternoon of our second day, which meant that our room wasn’t cleaned for the duration of our stay. A room that was already quiet filthy when we arrived. This hotel was a big disappointment. Great location, though!
