I originally got a 2 night stay for my partner’s birthday and Valentine’s Day, but ended up extended our stay for even longer because of the snow and freezing weather. The front desk was very helpful with affordable rates and always gave us essentials when needed. The only problem that we really had was the bed that we slept on seemed broken. It seemed as though everytime we got on, it sunk right in the middle. And lastly, the toilet paper seemed used and not changed out to a new roll when we got in the room. Other than that, the staff accommodated to us as much as they could during a critical and cold time. Thankfully we had power, hot water, and heat when it was needed.

Horrible hotel! Beware!
This hotel is not in good condition! Our first room the heat/air didn’t work, the fridge was broke, smoke alarm beeped all night and there was no iron and the was mold on the ceiling. They moved us the next day after a terrible night and the next room still had mold on the ceiling. We had several couples that went and there was mold in every room as well has multiple showers not working and heat and air not working at all. On top of that the staff is very hateful and forceful about making you wear a mask even to the point of threatening to kick you out of the hotel. We will never stay at this holiday inn again.

While the staff was very friendly, the hotel itself was in disrepair. Our room had been updated as far as decor but the outlets were so outdated that they didn’t work and were scary to use. The ceiling had cracks, the door to the room was old and didn’t shut well and the tv stopped working (jiggling the cord in the outlet turned it on again) We were also unaware that all amenities were closed due to Covid. Understandable but odd as local restaurants, gyms, and public indoor pools were open.

Great Staff - Old hotel.
Staff was very friendly. The hotel is old and needs a makeover. Bathroom felt like an institution or for public use. Hair in tub and on counter tops by the sink.
