Very good
Old school charm
For it being an older hotel the rooms were clean. We arrived very late and left very early but had to wait for service at the desk. (Again, very late and very early). Great proximity to highways, off the path in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing I could not stand was the half size pillows on the bed. I would stay here again if I needed to.

Awesome
We had an awesome time. The staff was very professional and our overall experience was great. The pool was fun for the kids. We enjoyed ourselves. Also I left my wallet in my room when we checked out and they called me almost immediately and let me know I left it.

Just OK
Very nice lobby, restaurant, and heated pool. Rooms were not in the best condition. Coffee cups were dirty/sticky, stains on sides of beds (GROSS) and toiletries were super old.

Good hotel for the family trip
Its a great hotel very clean and excellent staff. Just could use a little update to the staircase. The rooms could use a small update nothing major. Would definitely stay again.

Very good
From the outside this hotel in unimpressive, but on the inside they have clearly been upgrading their facilities and it is very nice. Attention to detail would go a long way towards continued progress.

Poor
Would not stay at this hotel ever again. See why!
Price discrepancy. They price gouged the room for the night. When I booked it was $182 with tax. The night I checked in it was listed for $124 with tax for the same night and for the next night - Sunday it was listed for $65 plus tax. The bathroom was not clean. White stuff on the faucet and black marks on the tub. The door to the bathroom was not even big enough for me to walk into with my arms at my sides. Had to walk into it sideways to get in. The counter in the bathroom was only 12 inches deep. The tub fixtures where not even secured to the walls of the tub. They had a hand bar in the shower that was in the way of actually using the shower. The outlet in the bathroom was not correct as when you plugged in something the plug actually fell out of the outlet. The heating/ac unit in the room was not properly working. It said it was 61 degrees in the room and we where sweating after only being room for a couple of minutes. The staff did not follow the COVID-19 restrictions and did not enforce it with the guest. They also had doors chained and locked so no one could enter or leave one of the main entrances to the hotel. This itself is a fire hazard in any state.

Won’t stay here again
We stayed for a cheer competition. The pool facilities were very nice and open and clean. The lobby also seemed fairly updated and nice. However the hallways smelled of cigarettes and weed. The rooms were very old. The beds were double beds and the one made a horrible sound every time we sat on it. The rooms were small and there was a Coke cap and beer bottle cap on the floor.

Ok but old
The hotel is old and run down. The outside needs to be updated. The door to our room was hard to open and would get stuck. The white curtains had marks on them. The beds are small and the pillows were not comfortable. The hotel in general needs a good update
