“You can check in but you can never leave“..
And overall a great stay.. The parking structure was a pain to get out of. It seems like every exit sign you followed lead to a blockade an exit. We spent 15 minutes trying to get out of the third floor parking structure. We were like hamsters on a wheel It seemd like every exit sign we followed lead to a blockade at an exit. We spent 15 minutes trying to get out of the third floor parking structure. We were like hamsters on a wheel. Note to the parking dudes, keep every exit open, all the time.

Staying at the MGM Gransd
It wasn't so good. The room was just OK. The beds were too soft. The TV channels were limited. The cleaning staff was great but there were places around the beds and furniture that never got cleaned. The location of this place was OK. One of us had walking problems and found that the walk to a door or to the mono-rail was just too much. Next time we will stay closer to the middle of the strip and close to the High Roller. We would still expect to walk just not so far. So the locations was not acceptable for some of us.

Poor
Not Worth It
The hotel itself was okay. Small casino area compared to other hotels. My biggest complaint is that the walls were extremely thin and we happened to be next to a very loud neighbor (to be expected in Vegas so I was trying to be understanding) however it took 3 calls to the hotel management for them to send security and they were not friendly about it. We weren't offered a different room when we went down to the front desk so we just checked out. When we went to our room to gather our belongings, the music was turned down, but the people were still very loud. I won't be staying here again.

Malfunctioning Thermostat
We were not able to get any heat in our room. The next day I complained to the front desk attendant and she waived the resort fee for one night. She than asked me if there was a do not disturb placard on the door and I told her there was. She than put in her notes to allow the technician come in my room to fix the thermostat which I authorized. But when i went back to the room later there was a note on the door saying they missed me. So they did not fix the thermostat.
