A unique property but noisy (we could hear people just walking down the hall, let alone outside noise) and the beds aren’t very comfortable. We also needed a late checkout due to our flight leaving later in the evening, which they let us do, but we didn’t agree with how they charged us. We didn’t mind the extra fee to check out late but they charged us 200 peso per hour, even though the sign in our room that explained their rules stated 400 peso for the first 3 hours. They told me the 400 peso price was for the smallest room they offer (we were in the family room) but the sign didn’t explain that. It just said 400 peso for the first 3 hours. They should change their signs for each room if the prices are different. We definitely thought that was very unfair and the staff wasn’t helpful or budging, even though it was literally in writing in our room. We won’t be staying here again.

We like the unique hotel concept. Had a lovely stay at the Economy room which provided us the basic necessities. Food was great, massage service was nice and the overall hospitality of the staff were sincere. Great for travellers.
