The hotel was not as clean as i would expect during this time. The check in was not till 4pm which i think is very late considering the check out time is 11am. There were no beach amenities. If you wanted a beach chair you had to pay. The water is quite a hike from the hotel.

Staff is very friendly. Hot tub and chocolate chip cookies were awesome. Hotel is conveniently located in between restaurants and bars in Treasure Island and John's Pass. I would definitely stay here again!
