    Delightful stay in Minneapolis

The Millenium Minneapolis has terrific staff and great facilities. It is quiet and pleasant. It best serves people who are willing to walk several blocks to get to the Skyway system.

    Overall good hotel

Didn't know about the parking garage construction so finding out we had to pay for parking across the street ($25 a night) after getting a parking pass wasn't great. If you prepare for that, the hotel itself is nice and the staff members are very helpful and friendly.

Will was very friendly but working alone and it was crazy busy. He had 6-8 of us waiting to be helped. Phone ringing off the hook. Definitely should of had a manager there helping him poor guy. He handled the situation very well!! The double beds were very smal lord felt like a twin bed.

    Would not recommend. Promise you!

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel even if the parking lot gets remodeled. The cleanliness of the hotel was dirty. Our shower felt like it wasn’t laid or installed correctly. The entire hotel seems under construction and should close for safety purposes. We witnessed many other guests at the front desk requesting a refund for their stay. The location was not the best. We had to park in Hyatt’s parking garage because there weren’t any other place to park without fearing what may happen to our vehicle. Sketchyyyy

We knew there were constructions on-site before booking. Did not think would be that bad. The construction was at the parking garage which made it extremely unsafe to park there. The garage is not well-lit, shattered glasses on the floor, smelly like urine, only stairs. Most importantly, they made barely one-way traffic to unsafe two-way traffic. Honestly, they should have just closed the garage or have made some other parking arrangements for the guests. This first night we stayed, someone on our floor was smoking marijuana. The smell came into our room. Instead of doing some investigation to evict the guests who violated the non-smoking rules, we had to pack all of our things and move to another room. In the first room, there's no thermostat. Did not even know how to control the switch in the AC. The second room has a thermostat, but it does not work well. It is always warm in the room in the middle of the night and in the morning. Last, the neighborhood is unsafe. There are incidents either right outside of the hotel or in the lobby every night we stayed there.

    Good in state Getaway

The stay was good and staff was very friendly. The parking lot is under construction which causes limited parking and had the use the public parking ramp across the street at cost $25 dollars for overnight parking.

    Not so Good.

Our TV did not work so we had to call maintenance to fix it. Then the lower unit of the shower came off and hit my wife in the foot. We could not take a shower the next morning. I was supposed to receive a copy of my bill via email and I never received it.
